Project Inspection

After the implementation of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, the activities of the Directorate of National Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Commerce began in the same year at Dhaka, Karwan Bazar, TCB Building (8th Floor). In the beginning, the activities of the Directorate's Magura District Office started. There is no ongoing project in the Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection. When a project is launched, the project related information will be uploaded to the web site.

 Note that the following activities are ongoing:

1. 40 market monitoring activities in Magura district.
2. Organized 01 semesters at the district level and 04 seminars at upazila level.
3. General people, 3800 leaflets, 3500 pamphlets, 1100 poster delivery in different business organizations.
4. Enhancing Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 Promotional Activities (District, Upazila, Union, Business Institutions, Educational Institutions, Locally, at Hat-Market level)
5. March 15 Celebrates World Consumer Rights Day.
6. 12 public hearings organized.
